If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For general returns, customers are responsible for arranging the return at their own cost.
We recommend using a tracked service as we are unable to offer a refund without receipt of goods. Always keep a hold of your postage receipt as this will be needed by the courier.
The cost of shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returns for orders from the United Kingdon, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands
Orders will need to be returned to our fulfilment centre in the United Kingdom.

Returns for orders from Europe
Orders will need to be returned to our fulfilment centre in Germany.
